Tips for responsible gaming

Before you start playing, keep a few recommendations in mind so that gambling brings only enjoyment:

  • Temporary account suspension — access may be temporarily restricted if additional verification is required.
  • Self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent restriction of access to the Services for high-risk players.

4. Time-out (break from play)

As a protective measure, you can temporarily pause your participation in games without resorting to permanent restrictions — using the “Time-out” feature.

Activating a time-out

A time-out is activated immediately by pressing the “Activate time-out” button. The following durations are available:

  • 24 hours;
  • 7 days;
  • 1 month;
  • 3 months.

You can apply the time-out to individual categories (slots, table games, fixed-odds betting, poker) or to all gambling products at once. During the time-out you can opt out of any marketing messages.

Immediate effect of restrictions

Once a time-out is activated:

  • restrictions take effect immediately and block access to the selected games for the entire specified period;
  • your account is excluded from the selected types of play;
  • you can disable marketing notifications for the duration of the time-out.

Restoring access

When the time-out ends, access is restored automatically and you can continue playing with no further action. If you wish to extend the restrictions, you can either prolong the current time-out or switch to self-exclusion for a longer limitation.

5. Self-exclusion

If you have been diagnosed with a gambling addiction or wish to abstain from play for other reasons, lilbet will help you remove what is causing harm from your life. Self-exclusion means that you voluntarily block your own access to selected gambling services (or to all of them).

How to activate self-exclusion

The entire procedure can be completed online, with no correspondence or additional approval, and takes no more than 15 minutes:

Once submitted, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled before the chosen period ends. You must complete any tournaments (e.g. a poker tournament) you are taking part in at the time of self-exclusion. Contributions to progressive jackpots made before the request are retained, but you will not be able to claim a jackpot after self-exclusion takes effect.

What happens during self-exclusion

  • Your account is blocked, and access to the selected (or all) gambling products is restricted.
  • Access to all lilbet platforms and domains is blocked automatically.
  • We take steps to detect and block duplicate accounts so that the self-exclusion is enforced.
  • You are removed from all marketing mailings and receive no promotional offers throughout the period.

Please note! Once activated, the self-exclusion period cannot be shortened or cancelled. lilbet bears no financial or other liability if you continue to play or use a new account under a different name or address.

The Company’s right to impose exclusion

In certain cases, lilbet may impose a mandatory exclusion as an intervention measure where the risk level is high — in particular, where there are clear signs of problem gambling behaviour.

Restoring access after self-exclusion

Once the self-exclusion period ends, your account is not reactivated automatically. To restore access, you must submit a written request confirming your intention to resume play.

Before returning to play, we strongly recommend:

  • Recalling the principles of responsible gaming — you will receive a notification listing the self-control tools available.
  • Completing the Gamblers Anonymous self-assessment questionnaire — this will help you evaluate your behaviour and decide whether further protective measures are needed.

Your gaming history is preserved, and access is restored only with your original login credentials. Creating new accounts to bypass self-exclusion is strictly prohibited.

6. Limits

To help you keep your gaming activity under control, lilbet lets you set deposit limits — a cap on top-ups for a chosen period.

Deposit limits

  • You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit.
  • Once the limit is reached, further top-ups are unavailable until the end of the chosen period.
  • A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A request to increase it takes effect only after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
  • You can change your deposit limits in your personal account; the feature becomes available after you set your first limit.

Exceptions to limits and self-exclusion

Although deposit limits and self-exclusion take effect immediately, active bets or a game session may temporarily affect how they apply. For example:

  • reaching a time limit while actively taking part in a poker tournament;
  • applying a limit or self-exclusion while an active long-term bet on future events is in place.

In such cases the restrictions take effect immediately but do not affect the current session or active bet. As soon as the tournament, bet or event concludes, the full restrictions are applied without delay.
